visiting my second home,,, being at home to favorite hotel lowers my bloodpressure and keeps me calm ,, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with good wifi and hot water,, I high recommend the hotel if your looking for tranquility peace and quiet 😊 I've been frequent to this hotel since 2015 and has become a staple to my stays here,

Economical and comfortable option! Recommended. We stayed at this hotel practically every time we visited Santiago. It is very practical, well located, economical, clean, comfortable and includes breakfast which has never disappointed us. The staff always very friendly and attentive Typical of the santiagueros! The people of Cibao are so warm and attentive, you will never have a hard time. This time we have had a better room because on previous occasions we have been placed in some not very different what we did not like. We had a great time on this trip of only 1 night and two days walking in Santiago and surrounding areas.

Being home is priceless my home away from home I always enjoy my quiet stay Here, it's always good to see rafael and all of the other employees whom become family after all these years, if your look for good service in a nice quiet location I recommend this hotel 🙂🙂🙂

Excellent and picturesque hotel. Service on another level. I loved the hotel. Always clean, extremely attentive staff especially Isaac, Mayelin, Wellinton, Daniela and Lily who were attentive with us in the restaurant. Their service was wonderful. I recommend visiting them.

I enjoyed my stay The rooms are fairly comfortable. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and hospitable. The restaurant next to the hotel has some great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a club next to the hotel that's nice for drinks and a good time.

Family vacation Everything was really good!!! The food, the rooms, and the service was really nice. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good and tasted amazing. The rooms have air conditioning which I loved. I would definitely come back.

Lovely visit We had a very nice stay at this hotel, where the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast, which had generous portions and the wait staff were helpful—especially Isaac and Franyeli who accommodated our limited Spanish!

Vacationing with mi amore Tony The place was beautiful and very clean. We had breakfast daily and it was pretty good. The staff was professional and polite. Yulissa and Cesarina at front desk were very helpful. The casino was what was expected, I really enjoyed it, It was a great vacation.

Best experience The experience was great. Everybody was nice. Especially the young and charismatic Lady yulissa. She helped me to get my pocket back and also have me great tips which places would be good to go out. Can highly recommend.
