• The Duarte Park: You can start at the Consistorial Palace to enjoy the amazing collection of the Carnival Museum with its typical characters, costumes, and accessories of striking colors.

• Ercilia Pepín Culture Center: Located behind the palace, on Calle Del Sol, is its entrance. Here you can see painting exhibitions, shows in the H. Inchustegui Cabral room, or participate in the film-forums held at the Library.

• Benito Monción Street: It was the first paved street in the city. Between Máximo Gómez and Restauración streets, it has been converted into a pedestrian boulevard where plastic arts and recreation converge.
• La 37 por las tablas, a space for the performing arts where painting, singing, dancing, among others, are also taught. In addition to its exhibitions, you will love its pictures spaces for selfies and photographs. Although it seems crazy, ask to enter the bathroom: surely you will want a photo there.
• Casa de arte(The Art House), also on the boulevard, holds permanent exhibitions while event concerts and various cultural presentations are held on its premises. It is open every day until 6 pm.
• Centro de Convenciones y Cultura Dominicana(Dominican Culture and Convention Center): To continue with your cultural tourism route, visit this center located in the Monumental area of the city, Las Carreras Avenue, Francis corner, where the traditions of national identity are exposed.

• Gran Teatro del Cibaoo: The main stage for artistic and cultural shows in Santiago. Av. Las Carreras, corner Daniel Espaillat, in the Monument area. For upcoming events check their social networks or go to their administrative offices at the headquarters itself.

• Centro León: Rotating exhibitions, museum of Dominican traditions, permanent activity programs, and beautiful gardens. Do not even think about not stopping by the León Asensio Home and its La Aurora tobacco factory, testimony to a time and family effort.

• Urban Murals: traditional themes display walls on streets and avenues, converted into an open-air gallery. Take a walk around the Los Pepines neighborhood, specifically along José Eldon street, called “del arte” because its walls and houses have been canvases for local artists.
