Stay for weeks A lovely place, I would like to highlight the great service of the Yulissa and Lisbeth amazing receptionists who make me feel at home.

On the other hand, I did not like the restaurant service as we are company staff, they do not provide the same service that other customers left me last to provide the service along with my colleagues I had to go to dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Excellent value for money, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast is a great plus, excellent service and excellent The only recommendation a little maintenance in the bathtub, the water was slow to go. Otherwise everything 100%

Homey, valuable stay at a beautiful spot!! This was the cutest hotel I’ve stayed at. It was affordable and we got more than we paid for. Beautiful interior, unique theming, and the atmosphere was great. Free breakfast was included, as well as drinks in the night - I was surprised! Like 10 minutes away from El Monumento, a great central spot to be in. The staff was incredible - Lisbeth at the counter was so sweet and was on site for so long but still very accommodating! And the security guard outside reserved a parking spot for us during a busy season. We come to DR often and will definitely stay here in Santiago again in the future.. seriously blown away by how adorably homey this place is!
